Total Weight Lost so far: 4lbs
I won’t lie. A little disappointed that it’s not more but I know 2lbs a week is a good weight loss number. I should be more worried if it was huge numbers because that kind of weight loss is not sustainable and I am in this journey for the long run and not to see how fast I can lose it. I was feeling a little blah about the numbers so I decided to take some measurements to compare. I didn’t take my measurements at the start of the challenge but I did take some on Jan. 6th.

So there has been some inches lost so that is good. I am also going to judge this journey on how I feel and how my clothes feel. I feel like I am getting fitter and stronger. Don’t really feel like my clothes are getting looser. I do feel like I am carrying myself better. Like I have more self-esteem because I know that I am eating healthy and working out. Even though I am doing many things right I know that there is room for improvement. Here is what I am going to work on this week.

Drink MORE water. Focus on drinking more water when I am home. I do pretty good at work but slack at home.

Not eat after 8pm. If I was eating spinach and broccoli after 8pm then I probably wouldn’t be putting this on here but I have been eating too much fruit and nuts late at night.

Get more running in. Here is where I wish I dared run at night by myself or that my treadmill wasn’t broken.

More sleep.

More veggies.
I will stop there but I am pretty happy with my progress so far and can’t wait to keep improving!
