WOLC days 11, 12 and handstands are the new planking.
Food: I have stuck with the Paleo diet and it has been okay. I think that I need to try some different kinds of recipes and not just stick to eggs and salads. Getting a little bored with eating the same things.

Day 11 dinner. I snacked on way too many nuts through out the day and this filled me up.

Lunch day 12. This is before it was put on the wok to cook. I stuffed that bowl full! Here are all those yummy veggies cooked down. I did have some meat in there somewhere. This is a big case of the cravings for me. I LOVE ice cream.Day 12 dinner. Just another yummy salad with chicken.
Sleep: Still getting my 7hrs a night but I have been feeling a little more tired the past couple of days. I am going to try to get more like 8hrs a night. It’s hard though when I work 12hr shifts and don’t get home till 8:30pm. I can’t just kiss the kids goodnight and leave it up to Josh to get them to bed and there’s stuff that needs to be done when I get home. I guess I will just have to be okay with 7hrs on days I work and try for 8 the other days. Such a conundrum! (that was me being sarcastic but nice word huh!)
Exercise: I hate double unders. A double under is when you are jump roping and you try to swing the rope around twice in one jump. If I get into a rhythm then I can maybe do 4 before my legs get to tired or I jump on the rope and it leaves me with little rope burns on my forearms. Today’s CrossFit work out was called “annie” it was double unders and sit-ups in sets of 50-40-30-20-10. It took me like 8 mins to just do 50 double unders! Blah. I didn’t have all morning to complete this workout so I had to switch to single jump ropes and you had to triple to jumps so my work out looked like this 50-120-90-60-30 for the jump rope and I just did the sit ups with the normal numbers. It took me almost 26 mins to finish that WOD. I can only hope I will be fast next time.
I am planning on either doing a CrossFit workout tomorrow or a 5 mile run but I am hoping to get both in. Here’s fingers crossed to that.
Now I keep talking about the CrossFit workouts at work and I had to literally show them a wall walk up.
I really thought I was closer to the wall when I told her to take the picture. It didn’t help that my head was about to explode from the blood that was draining into it.
Here is my 2nd and final attempt.
Holly had to show me that hand stands are a lot easier than wall walk-ups. I agree.
Of course I had to join in.
I did contemplate attempting to do a push-up in this position but was pretty sure my arms would give out on me and I would give myself a concussion when my head rammed into the floor. I was impressed with my form when I saw this picture.
Out of 154 pts so far in this challenge I have 153! I wish I knew how everyone else was doing in this challenge.
